Dr. Winston is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist with 30 years of experience working in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. He was Chairman of Ophthalmology for Friendly Hills Medical Group for 15 years. He then started his practice in La Mirada and moved to Fullerton in 2014.

Dr. Svetlana Pilyugina specializes in Vitreo-Retinal Diseases and surgery. Dr. Pilyugina obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology/Chemistry at Stanford University School of Medicine in 1998. Dr. Pilyugina became a Doctor of Medicine in 2003 from Santa Clara Valley Medical Center and obtained her California State Medical License in 2004. Dr. Pilyugina earned her Ophthalmology Residency at Stanford University Medical Center and performed a Surgical Vitreo-Retinal Fellowship at the University of California San Diego. It's an honor to have Dr. Svetlana Pilyugina at Winston Eye Care.
Dr. Leslie Pham grew up in Orange County, CA. She moved to Rhode Island to attend the prestigious combined undergraduate medical program at Brown University. At Brown she earned her Bachelor’s degree in neuroscience as well as her medical degree. She graduated magna cum laude with Sigma Xi and Phi Beta Kappa Honors.
Dr. Pham completed her internship at the University of Pennsylvania, followed by her ophthalmology residency at University of Iowa, which is perennially one of the top three ranked ophthalmology training programs in the nation.
Dr. Pham returned to Rhode Island for her fellowship with the renowned Dr. Paul Koch, where she obtained extensive training in both cataract and refractive surgery, using the latest surgical techniques and advanced lens technologies.
Dr. Pham is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and has been an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology since 2007.
When she’s not working, Dr. Pham enjoys being outdoors, playing tennis, listening to audiobooks and eating just about anything with Vietnamese fish sauce.
Dr. Lynne D. Louie, O.D., has been practicing comprehensive eye care since 1987 and began working with Dr. Winston in 2001. In addition to diagnosing and treating eye infections and diseases, Dr. Louie provides complete eye examinations for glasses and contact lenses. She is fluent in Spanish, and she is happy to serve the Hispanic community.
Dr. Luu has been practicing eye care since 1986, and he began working with Dr. Winston in 2007. He earned his Doctorate of Optometry at the Southern California School of Optometry after completing his undergraduate studies at Pacific University.
Doctor Christina Arakaki graduated from Western University of Health Science, College of Optometry in Pomona, California. Dr. Arakaki earned her Doctorate of Optometry in May 2017. She attended the University of California, Irvine where she received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and an Associates Degree in Accounting from Chaffey College in Rancho Cucamonga.
